Returns and Exchange Policy

At PerfectHairSale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly exchange or refund the item at first time. Please feel free to contact our support team for exchange or refund authorization.

  • Items must be in their original manufacturer condition and packaging. Otherwise a 30% fee will be incurred
  • Do not unpack or try on the product. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are not allowed to resell any items that have been worn, tried on, or handled.
  • Promotions and coupon codes do not apply to exchange items. Any differences owed will be automatically charged to the original credit card used. If paid with PayPal a request for the difference will be sent.
  • Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be incurred.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on costume wigs, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items. Any unauthorized items received will automatically incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for the item cost only.
  • Return fright charges are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once you have received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
